Hailey Widrig Named in Spear's 500 2026 Art Advisers Index

We are pleased to share that Art Partners Advisory founder Hailey Widrig has been recognized in the Spear's 500 2026 Art Advisers Index, a ranking of leading art advisers serving high net worth and ultra high net worth collectors worldwide. Hailey is listed with a rank of Recommended, and her full profile is now live on spears500.com.

What the Spear's 500 recognizes

The Spear's 500 is often described as the Michelin Guide of wealth, a directory profiling thousands of leading advisers across wealth management, tax, law, property and lifestyle sectors for private clients. Within the Art Advisers Index specifically, the Spear's Research Unit evaluates advisers on their engagement with the art market and their ability to provide strategic, commercial guidance on collecting, curation and collection management to a wealthy client base. Rankings are developed through submissions, nominations, peer review, third party research and direct interviews with advisers and their clients, refreshed each year as part of the Spear's Indices.

About our inclusion

In our conversation with Spear's, we discussed the range of work that defines our practice at Art Partners Advisory, from advising private collectors and family offices to consulting with finance firms exploring the art market. As we told Spear's, our work involves quite a bit of consulting with finance firms and investment companies wanting to invest in the market in various capacities. That range, moving between appraisal work, acquisition strategy and cultural advisory across different regions and client types, is very much reflective of how we approach art advisory more broadly.

Our recognition sits alongside a wider group of advisers featured in the 2026 index, many of whom bring decades of experience from auction houses, private dealerships and specialist advisory firms. What connects the group is a shared focus on independent, client first guidance, helping collectors navigate acquisitions, valuations and long term collection strategy with clarity and discretion.

Why independent recognition matters

For collectors and their advisers, whether attorneys, family offices or interior designers, third party recognition offers a useful reference point when selecting an art advisor. Unlike a dealer or auction house, an independent advisor has no vested interest in a sale, and a directory like the Spear's 500 provides an additional layer of vetting beyond personal referral alone. It reflects not only professional credentials, such as our affiliation with the Association of Professional Art Advisors and accreditation with the Appraisers Association of America, but also direct engagement with the market and with clients themselves.
